Returns Policy
At EIKO-SAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:
Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns on items within 7 days from the date of receiving the items.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. It should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or damage.
Return Shipping:
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure it reaches us safely
Refund or Exchange:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its conditions, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable items:
- The following items are non-refundable.
- Sales items
- Final Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items without their original tags and labels
- Gift vouchers
International Returns:
- For customers outside New Zealand, please note that return shipping costs and any customs duties are your responsibility.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds are typically processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item. Processing times may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
